what's going to happen is it's going to grow and expand all the way to the east coast. even areas like washington, d.c. could be over 100 degrees for two or three days in a row by the end of this week. so that's kind of a -- you know, you talk about historic, but also dangerous and maybe possibly even deadly. right now we have excessive heat warnings, all of these areas in orange, kansas city to minneapolis, through illinois. and as far as the temperatures go, we are about upper 90s here from texas to minnesota, and even 90s on the east coast. that's a look at your national forecast. now here's a look at the weather outside your window. temperature today is going to be warm through new england. but, you actually are fortunate because you're going to get cooled off by some rain, thunderstorms late in the day. hopefully those storms won't be too strong or severe. pueblo, colorado, even you are in the 100s. easily, lynn, easily the hottest week of the year this year. it could be the hottest week we've seen in a couple years. >> unfortunately for a lot of folks out there. all right, bill, thanks so much. coming up, wall street feels the debt ceiling heat.
